This beautiful five bedroom/four bath pool townhome in Paradise Palms resort is suitable for up to 13 guests and offers a private splash pool that can be heated. This lovely townhome is a two minute walk to the clubhouse which features a beautiful pool and numerous free amenities plus a tiki bar, games room and deli.
This luxury townhome boasts 1967 square feet on two levels. The main floor features two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with a queen) and a full bathroom with double sink vanity. Also equipped with a laundry room and living room which features a section with queen size sofa bed. There is a spacious dining area and a luxurious kitchen generously equipped with stainless steel appliances and small appliances as well as lots of dinner sets, plates, cups, utensils, glasses, kitchen tools, and pots and pans perfect for a family meal. Also on the main floor is the entrance to the private screened in lanai and heatable pool, furnished with table and chairs as well as loungers. The second floor features 3 bedrooms: 2 king bedrooms with ensuites, and one bunk room with a single on top and a full/double on the bottom all with TVs. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs. Wireless Internet and full cable to all TVs is included.
Paradise Palms is set in tranquil surroundings offering you a tropical oasis to lie back in and enjoy the relaxing full service resort environment that caters to your every need, but is also within easy driving distance of the very best attractions around including Walt Disney World which is just 6 miles away.

When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
