Tequila Sunrise is situated in the resort community of Solana which is located on highway 27 and offers you the best of both worlds. You have your own space and privacy in this luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa but with the benefits of first class resort facilities on your doorstep, with Disney just a short 25 minute drive away.
The villa itself has been furnished to make this your home away from home. The main feel of the house is one of spacious in what is already a large 4 bedroom villa. This home has 1 King bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, 1 Twin Bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, another 2 Queen bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv's for your enjoyment.
The living area is at the back of the house, with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV as well as a view onto the pool deck. The home has a separate dining area and the kitchen is all set with what you need to make that nice family dinner. Everything that you could possibly need is supplied from laundry facilities, major kitchen appliances, all linens and pool towels. The bathrooms all have Hairdryers for your use.
The pool and surrounding deck has padded loungers to lay and bask in the sun, or you can relax at the table and chairs under the umbrella if you prefer shade. Or have a relaxing soak in the FREE heated Jacuzzi to rest those aching muscles after all the walking at the Theme parks.
The villa has a games room for those seeking shade from the sun, so you can challenge each other to a round of pool, table tennis, foosball or darts! Pool Heat is available at an additional fee (please inquire) For the younger members with you, we provide a pack and play/baby cot and high chair.
The Solana club itself has a state of the art 4000 SF club house, sundry shop, snack bar, large resort sized pool, spa, interactive children's play area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, fitness room, arcade and a meeting area with reception and guest services.

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $140 plus tax, 4 days $172 plus tax, 5 days $204 plus tax, 6+ days $40/per day plus tax.
This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.
Due to HOA Policy Rv's, Boats and Commercial Vehicles are not permitted on the premises
