All the bedrooms have TV’s. The laundry area, contains a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, mop and broom and the whole townhome does allow for wireless internet as well.

Guest must stay 28 days or more between November 1 to March 31 to qualify for the snowbird rate. The monthly Snowbird Rate will be $369.60 with taxes ($330.00 before taxes). Any additional day past 30 will be $11.00 + $1.32 (12% tax) = $12.32 total. If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honored under the monthly Snowbird Rate but they have to pay the full $369.60. Any additional day past 30 will be $11.00 + $1.32 (12% tax) = $12.32 total. If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honored under the monthly Snowbird Rate but they have to pay the full $369.60. For inquiries and reservations made on or after May 10, the rate quoted includes the daily resort fee charged by Regal Palms Resort.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
