Magical Stays reservation change & cancellation policy
Since March 19, 2020 we’ve introduced simple, flexible policies for reservation changes and cancellations, so you can book your trip with confidence.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER MARCH 19, 2020
Need to reschedule your trip? No problem — you can change your reservation dates with no change fee.
If your check-in date is at least 15 days away, you can cancel your reservation and we’ll deposit a 100% of all monies already paid as a Future Stay Credit into your Magical Stays account for you to use up to 15 months after the day your credit is issued.
The credit can be applied to a future reservation at the same house or another house of equal or greater value managed by Magical Stays.
Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
If your check-in date is 15 days away or greater, you also have the option to cancel your reservation completely and receive a refund in your original form of payment (minus the deposit).
If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, we shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit if any) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the rental charge.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE BEFORE MARCH 19, 2020
For cancellations requests received between the time of reservation and before 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive full refund minus reservation deposit.
For cancellations requests received 60 days or less prior to arrival, Loyalty will retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and recover, if not already paid, the balance due of the rental charge.
Please ensure that you have Travel Insurance to cover your losses if you have to cancel due to an event beyond your control. Unfortunately, Loyalty cannot refund money for cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival for any reason.
