The home is also 'toddler ready' and equipped with toys, children's seating, stroller etc.

ROOMS INCLUDE
1st Master Suite: King size mattress bed with a flat screen smart TV. Private well lit bathroom with large spa like bathtub + shower and walk-in closet.
2nd Master Suite: King size mattress bed with a flat screen smart TV. Private well lit bathroom with large spa like bathtub + shower and walk-in closet.
3rd Bedroom: 2 twin size mattress beds with flat screen smart TV. This room shares bathroom with 4th bedroom. Bathroom is well lit with bathtub + shower.
4th Bedroom: Queen size mattress bed. This room shares bathroom with 3th bedroom. Bathroom is well lit with bathtub + shower.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool heat/Spa is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. ***Min 3 nights $152 plus tax 4 night $188 plus tax 5+days $45/per day plus tax
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
All vehicles MUST be parked on the driveway. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the streets or grass, or block sidewalks. No RV’s or trailers are permitted. All additional vehicles MUST park elsewhere. Failure to follow these guidelines can/will result in fines and/or vehicle(s) being towed at the vehicle's owner's expense.
Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes.
Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
