Aviana Resort sits on about 50 acres of land near Orlando’s major attractions. There are currently 188 single-detached luxury vacation homes/villas, the majority of which are made available by the owners to visitors for vacations, holidays, group gatherings, or some other residential purposes. There are however, a few owners who reside in their property year round, while others use it as their second home or seasonal home. Each home ranges in size from 4 to 6 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, about 1600 – 3000 sq.ft. of living area. Each home also has its own private pool and lanai.

No need to feel guilty of missing out your workout routine for the day or for the week. Aviana’s Fitness Center in the Clubhouse has an adequate gym equipment to carry out your program. Equipped with sound system and TV, tune in to your favorite station or watch a game while you work out.
Take your day’s step count, walk your dog, get a glimpse of the entire community with its natural vegetation and wildlife on a paved walking trail. You might just be lucky to spot the transient resident ‘gator in one of the retention ponds within Aviana.
