For additional sleeping, there is a sleeper sofa located in the game room which also has a TV with a Playstation console, a foosball and a pool table. Located just outside the sliding doors in the living room is a private screened in pool and spa with fully extended deck area with plenty of seating and lounge options.
For the savvy shoppers, you'll love that the Orlando Premium Outlets are with 20 minutes driving distance and getting to this villa will only take about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $188 plus tax, 4 days + $60/per day plus tax.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
