- For reservations made 60 days prior to arrival, receive 15% off the nightly rate
- For reservations made between 59 to 30 days prior to arrival, receive 10% off the nightly rate
- For reservations made between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, receive 5% off the nightly rate
